Project Process
What is the project process?
During the initial phone inquiry, a free consultation will be arranged. This meeting will allow us to survey the project site, gather any additional information from the client and assess the project.
We can discuss if planning permissions will be required and give our recommendations.
Following this meeting, we can provide a rough estimate previous to supplying the full quotation. We will also provide a detailed quotation, schedule and a full contract when the client wishes to proceed with the project.
During what hours are you available to meet customers?
As per arrangement with the customer.
Cleanup
Do you remove rubbish arising from project?
Yes, anything directly related to the project.
Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?
Yes, as per agreement.
Aftercare
Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
We provide a full 10 year guarantee on all structural work which comes into effect if any fault arises with our work.
